AI transformation

Hands-on technical partner
I'm Dejan Keri. For 14 years I have shipped production software, from large corporates through to two-person startups, plus two AI platforms of my own. I get companies AI-ready and accelerate what they are already building, hands-on, without a full-time hire.
Cut operational cost through automation that actually ships, and position the business for what the next five years look like. Not a pilot that dies in a slide deck. Systems your team runs on Monday.
Get the architecture, the data and the team into a shape where AI compounds instead of stalling. Being AI-ready is engineering work, not a strategy document, and it is what makes the next stage of growth possible at all.
I write production code, review architectures and fix critical issues when your team needs it most. Not a deck about what someone else should build.
Fourteen years of engineering experience on contract. Scale the engagement up for a launch, down for maintenance, and pay for what you actually use that month.
Track record
I'm Dejan Keri, founder of T1C Technologies. Over 14 years I have worked across the whole range, from large corporate engineering teams through to two-person startups, and co-founded two AI platforms of my own. That range is the point: what breaks at scale and what breaks at ten paying customers are almost never the same problem, and the fix that works in one context will sink you in the other.
My job is turning technology into business results. While others deliver strategy documents, I deliver working systems. I still write code, review architectures and debug production issues, because the real work happens in the details, not in the summary.
My focus is AI transformation and automation, B2B SaaS, healthtech, fitness technology and energy systems. I am currently building an AI product of my own while advising clients, which keeps me honest about what these tools can and cannot do today.

Three engagements, often overlapping. Most clients start with one and expand from there.
Fit
The systems, data and team are not in a shape where automation can land yet. That is fixable, and it is the work that unlocks everything after it.
The stage where the prototype that won your first customers starts buckling. Get the architecture right before it becomes the thing holding growth back.
Pass investor technical review with proper architecture, documentation and team structure, before the data room opens.
Bridge the gap when your technical lead leaves, so product development and team morale do not stall while you hire.

An operating system that lets a non-technical team run their company on a coding agent, git, and their own tools, entirely on their machine.
