I’m Dejan (Dan) Keri, Fractional CTO and founder of T1C Technologies. With over 14 years in the trenches of software development – from writing code at Nordeus (100M+ users) to co-founding AI-powered platforms (Crqlar, ProtocolCRM) – I help ambitious companies navigate the exponential age of technology.

My mission is simple: Turn cutting-edge technology into real business results. While others deliver strategy decks, I deliver working systems. I still write code, review architectures, and debug critical issues because real technical leadership happens in the details.

I regularly write and share insights about emerging technologies and their business implications, helping leaders understand not just what’s coming, but how to leverage it for competitive advantage.

My focus is on AI automation, SaaS, healthtech, fitness innovation, and sustainable energy systems.

01. How quickly can we start after engaging?

We can begin within 7 days of agreement. I'll conduct an initial technical audit in week 1, implement quick wins by week 2, and have your first senior hire in the pipeline by month's end. Most clients see measurable improvements within 30 days - much faster than the 3-6 months it takes to hire a full-time CTO.

02. Are you available for on-site meetings or are you fully remote?

I work remotely but maintain a strategic global presence. I spend 4 months annually in Dubai/UAE, 4 months in Europe, and 2 months in the US. This means I can be on-site for critical moments - board meetings, team kickoffs, investor presentations, or war rooms. Most clients find this hybrid approach ideal: you get Silicon Valley expertise without Silicon Valley costs, plus face-to-face time when it truly matters.

03. Do you work alone?

Yes! I personally handle all core technical work - strategy planning, code reviews, architecture decisions, technical interviews and critical debugging. However, I'm supported by executive assistant who manage scheduling and communications, plus a network of on-call specialists I can tap for deep expertise in specific domains (ML/AI, DevOps, security, etc.). This means you get my direct involvement on what matters most, while administrative tasks and specialized consultations are handled efficiently by my support network. Think of it as getting a fractional CTO with the backing of a fractional technical team - but you're only paying for one senior resource.
